List of Violations

If any of the following misconduct is identified within the organization, a report may be filed:

• Bribery and acceptance of bribes (offering/receiving improper benefits, gifts, or hospitality)
• Illegal political donations
• Conflict of interest
• Intellectual property infringement

Required Information for Reporting

• Name, phone number, and email of the whistleblower
• Name or identifying information of the reported individual
• Description of the incident and supporting evidence (false statements may not be accepted)

Confidentiality and Procedural Safeguards

• Strict confidentiality of the whistleblower’s identity and report content
• The Center reserves the right to determine whether to accept cases with incomplete or inaccurate information
