▲Introduction/Features

NO plays a role in skin wound healing, including pathogen toxicity, and promoting vasculogenesis, growth of epidermal cells and endoepithelial cells. NO is released from inflammatory reaction-related cytokines, and the inflammation can be indirectly evaluated by detecting NO.

▲Scope of application

Currently, we use specific cell lines (e.g. RAW264.7, BV-2, Caco-2, etc.) as the screening platform for testing inflammatory reaction from the natural substances or Chinese herbal extracts.
